Directions
Fish species are at different locations at different times in the season. So the point of departure for charters may vary to get anglers closer to fish in a shorter amount of time. Departure location is determined at the time the charter is booked and confirmed during the “night before call”. Generally departure is from Anderson’s Boatyard on Greenwich Cove at the southern end of Crompton Avenue, East Greenwich, Rhode Island. The GPS street address for Anderson’s Boatyard is actually 115 Rocky Hollow Road, East Greenwich, RI, however you should follow the directions below to get to the Anderson Boatyard parking lot.
From the North
Take I 95 South to Route 4 (exit 9). Continue to Route 401 (exit B). Go East taking a right on to Route 401 (aka Division Street) until the road forks. Stay right at the fork (it becomes First Avenue). Continue on First Avenue until you come to the Main Street red light. Go strait through the intersection onto Rocky Hollow Road until it dead-ends onto Crompton Avenue. Turn right onto Crompton Avenue and go to the very end at the bottom of a steep hill, turn left into the parking lot of Anderson’s Boat Yard.
From the South
Take I 95 North to Exit 8A which will bring you onto Route 2. Once on Route 2, immediately get in the left lane and turn left onto Route 401 East. Go east on Route 401 (aka Division Street) until the road forks. Stay right at the fork (it becomes First Avenue). Continue on First Avenue until you come to the Main Street red light. Go straight through the intersection onto Rocky Hollow Road until it dead-ends onto Crompton Avenue.
